Sunday Carvery

Every Sunday from 12 noon to 7pm we prepare a sumptuous Carvery

  • Topside of Best British or Irish Beef with cracked pepper and sea salt crust

  • Best Wiltshire Gammon Ham, slow roasted with honey and cloves

  • Breast of free-range Norfolk Turkey, butter glazed

  • Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic

All this carved to your requirements, accompanied by help yourself local fresh vegetables;  butter glazed carrots, honey glazed parsnips, leeks braised in butter, bruised swede served with nutmeg, pepper and cream, red cabbage, caramelised onions with thyme and olive oil, creamed potatoes or buttered new potatoes and crispy, floury roast potatoes.  And chipolata sausages, homemade stuffing balls and gravy.
